Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Concession Manager to oversee our operations at Selfridges. This role involves driving the performance of the concession and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Duties

  • Establish and meet long-term performance objectives for the concession
  • Manage overall operations and performance metrics
  • Guide the team in delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Oversee inventory management and loss prevention
  • Execute promotional and merchandising initiatives
  • Attract and retain high-caliber talent
  • Conduct evaluations of team performance
