This position requires a minimum of one year‘s previous hospitality experience, basic maths abilities and a passion for the hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Restock supplies, such as glassware, garnishes, and beverages
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations

**Skills**:

- Bartending: Proficient in mixing and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
- Basic maths: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and calculate bills
- Time management: Excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Helpfulness: Willingness to assist customers and team members whenever necessary
- Hospitality: A friendly and welcoming attitude towards customers, creating a positive atmosphere
