Part Time Accounts Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Accounts Assistant to join our team at Impact Recruitment Services. As a Part Time Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the credit control processes, maintaining accurate records, and performing general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the credit control processes to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
- Process sales ledger transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
- Assist with other accounts-related tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in credit control or a similar client-oriented role (advantageous but not essential).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
