**How will you contribute to our team?**
- Managing the company’s performance management system by designing job objectives and Key Responsibility Areas and regularly review and assess employee performance to evaluate whether they achieve specific job objectives and contribute to Group’s overarching business goals.
- Handle disciplinary matters including arranging meetings, taking notes, investigating issues, formulating performance improvement plans and issuing letters of warning and termination in collaboration with our employment lawyers.
- Be part of a team responsible for improving staff productivity and automating HR processes. You will also be administering essential productivity tools used in our rewards and incentive mechanisms, including Employee Performance Management, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Tracking and Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) systems.
- Play a leading role in our Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015) involving formulating and reviewing HR policies in conjunction with our advisers, Quality Control Systems (QCS), annual ISO quality audits and statutory compliance with regulatory bodies including the Care Quality Commission (CQC), HMRC and HSE.
- Be responsible for our Sponsorship Management System (SMS) in collaboration with our Immigration lawyers in recruiting overseas staff.

**The person we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in HR management, including performance management, recruitment, disciplinary procedures, and HR process improvement (at least 3-4 years of experience).
- Possess a CIPD qualification or university degree, preferably in law.
- Familiarity with productivity tools and systems, such as Employee Performance Management, KPI tracking, and KRA systems.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards (ISO9001:2015), and regulatory compliance.
- Organised with good administration skills and can complete tasks efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build credibility, trust and respect with all your colleagues.
- Have initiative and be able to work independently while recognising the importance of teamwork.
- Should possess a keen sense of social and moral responsibility such as care for the less fortunate in society and the environment.
