**Lester Cladding North West is looking to hire an Administrator to join our team for an immediate start.**
- We are looking for a friendly, hardworking individual, with strong initiative and organisational skills, the ability to work independently without guidance and with office experience, to join our small office team_
- No previous construction experience is required, however, wanting to learn about the industry and the ability to learn quickly is required._

**The role responsibilities are as follows**:
**Fleet/Vehicles/Tools**
- Responsible for organising MOT's, Services, 12 Weekly inspections etc, for our fleet of vans and wagons.
- Responsible for organising LOLER's for our fleet of MEWPS.
- Responsible for organising LOLER's for our range of lifting equipment.
- Procurement of new vehicles as/when required.
- Responsible for the maintenance of fleet; ensuring tracking devices are installed, reconcile to their last known location, are adequately insured.
- Procurement of hand tools, and ensuring purchases are logged on the tool inventory, and ensuring such inventory is kept up to date at all times.
- Responsible for reporting, recording and ensuring Vehicle, MEWP, and other Tool breakdowns are fixed. Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers in regards to lead times/costs/outcome of repairs. Ensuring all job sheets of repairs are obtained.
- Ordering fuel/adblue for plant/vehicles/machinery, including raising purchase orders.

**Training/Insurances**
- Organising training courses and ensuring all relevant training is up to date for employees.
- Maintaining Sub-Contractor database to ensure relevant insurances and training certificates are held.

**Procurement**
- Procurement of renewable stock items, ie blades/drill bits/other.
- Responsible for stationary orders and stationary stock levels.
- Assisting with procurement requirements, including Ad-hoc orders. Note, these orders you will know little about, and it will be your responsibility to take the request from a Contracts Manager/Operations Director, and liaise with suppliers, until the request has been understood and ordered.

**Other**
- **Facilities**:Responsible for premises facilities ensuring appropriate building maintenance contracts are in place, including, Printers, Mobile Phones, etc.
- **Health & Safety**:Assisting with H&S purchases, including PPE & site safety items.
- **Health & Safety**: Distribution and ordering of Lester Cladding North West branded workwear/PPE.

Working hours: Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm, Friday: 8am-4pm.
- _It is essential that you can speak and write professional English to a high standard for this role._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
