We are a friendly professional property surveying firm based in Watford and we are looking for an inbound Telesales Executive to speak to our lovely customers. All warm leads, no cold calling This role is based on-site working from our offices in Watford.

You must have some telephone sales experience, the ability to build rapport quickly, close the sale and meet targets. You will also need good customer service skills as this is a soft sell environment. If you have the sales skills, we can teach you everything you need to know about the property surveying business to be successful in the role.

You will join a friendly team of 4 Sales Execs, in a company where everyone settles in really quickly and your effort really counts.

Our office is situated ideally for buses and a 5-minute walk from Watford Junction station. There is an expanse of shops within walking distance, ideal for grabbing some lunch or lunchtime browsing

We can offer you a competitive starting salary **plus** uncapped commission and incentives, depending on your sales results. 22 days holiday (rising to 27 days) plus all bank holidays off, paid.
