Here is our headline pay rates
- **Band 1 - Unqualified Staff starting rate - £12.35** p/h
**Band 2 - Qualified Staff starting rate - £12.75** p/h
**Band 3 - ** **Qualified member of staff with 1 years’ service - £13.15** p/h
- *Includes £0.50 per hour performance bonus._
- £1.00 p/h extra added on top for unsocial hours_

Due to our size, we do have local low travel care runs across most Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire including;
Eastwood, Ripley, Codnor, Underwood, Jacksdale, Pinxton, Somercotes, Swanick, Blackwell, Alfreton, Shirland, Stretton, Clay Cross, North wingfield, Old Tupton, Holmewood, Glapwell, Teversal, Fackley, Huthwaite, Newton, Pilsey, Leadbrooks, Selston and many more

All we need from you is a **full UK driving license** with access to a vehicle. We strongly feel if you have the right values that match ours, we can teach you the rest. We promise providing home care will be one of the most rewarding experiences you can do.

It is important to note that our hourly rates are paid for contact timehowever we have guaranteed minimum hours protection and we work hard to push runs to 90% contact time.
