**ROLE**: Extrusion Operative
**HOURS**: Continental shifts 4 on, 4 off. 6am-6pm - Permanent Role
**HOURLY RATE**: £13.00 per hour plus benefits

We are looking for Extrusion Operative to join our team at our site at Birchwood, Somercotes.

**WHAT OUR EXTRUSION OPERATORS DO**
- Operating and packing extrusion profile lines to the required specifications
- Correctly packaging and loading finished goods
- Verify that manufactured product meets visual, dimensional, and functional specifications
- Ensure that the correct product is made from the correct material, with the correct product marking and labelling
- Check that all products leaving the factory complies with the required product marking
- Record all production data on the relevant journals

**WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR EXTRUSION OPERATORS**:

- Extrusion Operator experience desirable
- Good communication skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Practical thinking
- Ability to keep pace, in a high-volume production environment
- Experience of working in a factory environment
- Experience of working long shifts, on your feet
