Role Overview

Premier Community is a leading provider of home care services in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Professional to join our team of dedicated carers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes, including personal care, medication management, and domestic support. They will work as part of a close-knit team, with regular supervision and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing one-to-one care to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and using the bathroom
  • Administering medication according to client needs
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license
  • High personal values that match Premier Community's ethos
  • A professional approach to complete training and ongoing development

We offer a competitive salary of £15.20 per hour, paid weekly or bi-weekly. Other benefits include:
