The Flexible Pipe Systems business supplies specialist unbonded flexible subsea flowline and riser systems globally. We devise smarter systems to control and monitor oil and gas extraction. Innovating in the energy industry, we connect subsea and surface with industry leading technology.

**Collaborate with dynamic, cross-functional and international teams**

You will prepare proposals/bids, be part of contract negotiation and manage handover of contract to execution teams. Comply with bid process commitments, coordinate internal departments, control commercial risk assessment, and secure approvals from senior management for bid submission. You will contribute to sales plan in a specific region and execute winning strategy for targeted clients.

As a Proposals Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Reviewing Customer documentation and alignment with Capture Plan.
- Distributing RFQ documentation internally and responsibility for coordinating and assessing comments.
- Managing bidding process including risk assessment meeting and propose appropriate mitigation measures.
- Preparing cost build up based on customer specification and internal feedback.
- Presenting deal information at Bid Review Meeting in accordance with Capture Plan and obtain appropriate DoA for bid submission.
- Preparing proposal documentation and submit in accordance with deadline.
- Managing customer clarifications and attendance at Customer clarification meetings at short notice when required.
- Coordinating all follow up activities leading to contract award. Reviewing and ensuring alignment of any LOI/PO to as bid scope of work.
- Preparing handover documentation and presentation to project team.

- Have a good technical understanding / background
- Have very good oral and written communication skills
- Have very good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to influence others and work in a matrix organisation
- Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
- Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
