- This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be considered

What you'll do
As a Retail Coordinator you’ll:

- Support the delivery of business activity through the skilled coordination of Regional Retail Management and Shop teams.
- Where information is being reviewed by Regional Teams, ensure accuracy of data before effective handover to the relevant business owners (for example - MDM, F&R, QuDOS Teams etc.).
- Manage the Retail aspects of Shop Development projects, working with Area Managers, Shop Teams and other Greggs House teams.
- Work with other stakeholders and follow agreed processes to carry out ad hoc changes to the Greggs shop estate (e.g. changes to Supply / Region / Territory / Area etc.).
- Individual accountability for aspects of Retail Coordination.
- Coordinate the activities of Shop Teams and Regional Management to support Local Shop Marketing and PR Activities.
- Coordinate the deployment of new shop equipment and manage any updates to existing ones (e.g. Tellermates and Hot Sandwich Ovens).
- Carry out a range of administrative services on behalf of the Retail Team (for example Purchase Requisitions, Your G Buy / Dimensions Order Approvals, Incentive Voucher Issuing, Weekly Landlord Reporting, Management Rota, Product Reservations etc.).
- Respond to Retail suggestions (Your Ideas Matters) and manage Retail Queries.
- Support the annual Greggs Performance Scorecard and Shop of the Year competitions, handling challenges/queries and carrying out required administrative support.
- Support the Regional / Territory cascade process through venue management and coordination of deliveries.
- Cover the Greggs House Reception desk as required during break times, holidays and other absences.
- Provide holiday cover for Executive PA.
- Propose service improvements and opportunities for greater efficiency, while keeping up-to-date as changes take place

About you
You will fit right into this role if you can demonstrate:

- You are a strong team player, able to build good working relationships at all levels
- Experience of, and the ability to multi-task and work with multiple priorities calmly and at pace
- Strong skills in planning, prioritising, and organising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together
