Sales and Reservations Coordinator

**Requirements**:
- Manage the sales and bookings within the restaurants and clubs, dealing with inquiries, following up with potential clients, meeting clients, and cross-selling venues.
- To receive and co-ordinate all inquiries in line with company process
- Assess the competition and reposition the brand accordingly to maximize opportunities for new business and income generation ability.
- Proactively solicit new accounts from sales calls, networking, and outbound sales.
- To be proactive and follow up on sales activities with clients and potential clients.
- Determine rates and prepare proposals to meet and exceed the client’s expectations.
- Capture the client’s vision and effectively convey and deliver this.
- Nurture and build relations with current and potential clients.
- Maximise turnover and profit by working to grow the business.
- Responsible for identifying new opportunities with both new and existing customers through various activities.
- Carry out show rounds planned and unplanned.
- Entertain prospective clients as necessary.
- Collaborate with team to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
- Attend sales meetings, have input, and come up with ideas for sales within the group.
- Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g., timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets).
- Direct administrative details such as financial operations, dissemination of promotional materials, and responses to inquiries.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to work at a quick pace while staying organized.
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
