We have great opportunity to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator working on the award winning apprenticeship programmes including Ford, Kia, DAF, Tesla from our Head Office in Watford.

**Summary and Main Purpose**:

- Working within the apprenticeship recruitment team, you will be responsible for the recruitment of high calibre apprentices into exciting apprenticeships throughout the UK

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Advertise our customers’ requirements across GOV.UK (find a job), along with social media, referral partners and our website.
- Always uphold high standards of professionalism, positivity, integrity, customer service.
- Throughout the apprenticeship journey you will work closely with both desk-based and field-based colleagues within the Sales Teams, providing regular updates around your shared caseload in addition to supplying a selection of strong, engaged applicants for them to share within their pipeline of prospective customers.

**Experience**:

- Excellent customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Possess a confident, friendly, and professional manner
- Good communication and presentation skills, oral and written
- Good general IT awareness
- Microsoft Office
- Time Management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

- To keep colleagues well-informed with updates about Safeguarding and Prevent delivered through frequent 121’s, team meetings and hot topics.
- Confidentiality - we will only share private and sensitive information about a learner when it is in the best interests to do so, e.g. if there is a Safeguarding concern.
