**Children's Home Registered Manager**

**Information**:
As a Registered Manager, you will manage a children's residential care home that will specialise in support for children and young people with EBD.
The home is a brand new children's home.
The service is based in Preston.
You will be responsible for the safe running and management of staff, within a children's residential care home, ensuring that all young people have bespoke care plans and are safe and supported, 24/7.
**Pay: Up to £50,000**
**Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5, + on call s**
**Contract: Full-time, permanent**
**Duties**:
- Work with Director and RI to open children's residential care home
- Hold OFSTED registration for children's home
- Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
- Build and develop staff team
- Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
- Manage staff team within the service
- Manage recruitment and staffing
- Work with SMT to ensure the service implements companies policies and procedures
- Manage quality assurance
- Manage budget
