An outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to manage multiple offices in and around Surrey & Hampshire for a multi award winning, highly regarded national Estate Agency.

This a pivotal role, with the main objective being to maximise turnover and profitability, generate and develop new and existing business opportunities, provide exceptional service to the clients, ensure staff comply with all legislations, support and managethe team.

- Significant experience in Estate Agency
- Held a Senior Branch Management level position within the industry
- Extensive business development background in Estate Agency
- Highly driven and target orientated
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
- Written and implemented exciting sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent track record of success
- Strong Leader
