We are pleased to be recruiting for a full time **Customer Relations Officer** to expand our Customer Relations team at Oxford Bus Company. This is due to increased opening hours and workload within the department.

**What does the role involve?**

The key focus for this role is to provide a high standard of service and assistance to our Oxford Bus, Thames Travel and City Sightseeing customers at all times.

The main duties and responsibilities of the roles include:

- To provide a customer-focussed experience
- To collect, collate and ensure completeness of information from customer complaints to allow thorough investigation to take place
- To liaise with the relevant Operations Department to get correct information for customers and allow an informed response to queries
- To carry out reception duties and operate the lost property system
- To work as a team with the other Customer Relations Officers and other operational managers

**What will you bring to the role?**

**Working Hours**

Hours are allocated on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays (where required). Our current hours of operation are between 08:30 and 17:30, Monday to Friday and Saturday, 10:00 to 16:00, however these could change to meet the needs of our customers.

**Salary & Benefits**

The starting salary for this role is £21,625 per annum, increasing to £26,793 when you are fully trained in all aspects of the role. Overtime hours worked during the week are paid at time and a half and double time for the weekends.

We also provide a free bus pass for all colleagues, one other adult and children up to the age of 18. This can be used on all of our bus services, as well as some other bus companies who we have agreements with.

We also give colleagues access to a range of discounts and perks at a variety of shops and 25 days of holiday (plus 8 bank holidays) a year.
