We are currently recruiting on behalf of a one of the largest student accommodation providers in the UK for a newer building based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This is a luxury building purpose built with the latest facilites to house prospective students of the future

As this is a new accommodation you have a chance to join a team in the very early stages so a chance to gain longevitiy and progression in the future based on performance.

This is a _**Full time position**_ Monday to Friday role working 8am - 8pm (8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 11-7, 12-8) on a front of house reception desk.

Duties will include:

- Running the front desk supporting residents with post, completing administrative tasks for the accommodation team and support in the day to day running of the site.
- As well as administrative tasks you will be supporting in running social events and open days for the residents and prospective residents, assisting in viewings and enquiries.
- Managing the front desk during office hours.
- Cover the Resident/General Manager when necessary e.g. staff holidays or absence. This is a two-person team so you need to flexible in your approach to working hours and responsibility.
- Provide appropriate advice to tenants, parents and potential tenants regarding any queries they have.
- Undertaking viewings with potential customers, ensuring the database is up to date with correct information.
- Sensitively and confidently approach students regarding anti-social behaviour incidents
- Liaising with maintenance staff to ensure any issues are resolved promptly and are logged appropriately
- Monitor and chase rent arrears, receiving and processing card payments.
- Help organising and running social events for the residents and open days/visits for prospective residents.

**Responsible for**
- Providing a high level of customer service for all residents
- Supporting the accommodation team providing a safe and happy place for residents.
- Ensuring the CRM is up to date and all administrative task are completed in a timely fashion.
