An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Admin/Officer to join a innovative financial services organisation located in Northwich.

The HR Officer is the first point of contact for employees seeking HR support. You will take on a very generalist role and be working as part of a wider HR team, carrying out the following roles and responsibilities:

- Provide full support and guidance on all HR matters
- Deal with general HR queries and provide advice and follow-up, as appropriate
- Carry out pre-employment checks and co-ordinate the Bank's induction for new joiners
- Ensure all personnel files are accurate and up-to-date
- Participate in and support the HR team in various processes such as HR Audits, SOPs and E Learning platform
- Provide operational support in relation to specific HR projects
- Assist with general HR administration, including recruitment, benefits and training
- Run/generate monthly and ad hoc employee data reports
- Organise and maintain data on HR Database - BambooHR
- Track and capture all visa and immigration related documentation
- Process any data changes, workflows & paper work such as training request, promotions and internal transfers
- Help resolve grievance, disciplinary, absence & performance management issues
- Maintain and update all organisational charts and prepare monthly reports.

What you will need
- CIPD level 3 or 5 or working towards (desirable)
- A couple of years experience in an Officer or Advisory HR role
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation and self motivation
- Passionate about HR and building on career
