**Role Responsibilities**

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to grow the new customer service division at the Trafford site. We are looking for someone who is professional, proactive and personable, you will join a dynamic team of individuals based over our two sites (Manchester and Mansfield) and report into the Customer Service Manager.
- Promoting customer service excellence, ensuring customer care is delivered at the highest standard across all areas
- Taking ownership of individual enquiries and customer requests using a ticketing system
- Maintain our reputation and drive confidence in our products and services

**Job Details**
- Office based, permanent, Full time (37.5 Hours), 8 hours shift with 30 min unpaid lunch between 8am and 6pm, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend cover
- Free Office Parking
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- 1 day additional per year of employment up to 28 days
- Regular team events
