We have a brand new opportunity for a **Talent Acquisition Partner** for our leading technical facilities management company. The role is **home based** with travel twice a month to the Cambridge area (our office is in Swavesey) for meetings/ regional site visits.

You'll be part of a small, friendly and supportive Talent Acquisition team, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager. You'll attract, engage with and recruit talent for a variety of roles with a focus commercial maintenance engineering. Geographical areas will be mainly (but not limited to) East Anglia and surrounding counties and in a variety of sectors including corporate, education and healthcare. You will be given the autonomy to truly partner with hiring teams and make a real difference to the success of our business.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Managing a number of vacancies across various sectors
- Developing and managing key relationships across the business including hiring managers and HR to understand exactly what the requirements are for each role
- Proactively coming up with ideas on how to find the best talent
- Being an Inviron brand ambassador
- Supporting the business on our D&I efforts
- Completing weekly KPI’s
- Talent pooling/ pipelining for regularly recruited roles
- Benchmarking of salaries
- Supporting the management and delivery of campaigns

**Requirements**:

- In house or agency gained recruitment experience working directly with hiring managers at client side and/ or internal stakeholders
- Proven success of directly sourcing and adopting creative approaches to building pipelines
- Able to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease
- Persuasive, persistent and patient
- Strong administration skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Can think on your feet - flex and adapt to changing deadlines and requirements
- Full UK driving licence essential
