We are currently looking for a colleague for the position of Talent Acquisition

Partner/Recruiting Specialist.

Job Information

Talent Acquisition Partner supervises hiring talents in the entrusted region, summarizes and

EMEA. Work with HRBP’s on hiring support and providing guidance to the common hiring

approach.

Role & Responsibility
- Manage recruitment agencies and all outsourced recruitment processes
- Write reports and provide analytics of the entrusted hiring activities
- Support the HRBP to design and coordinate onboarding process
- Provides TA Community with local market trends and analytics

Job Requirement
- Education & Qualification: Human Resources - Masters Degree (or equivalent)
- Experience: 3+ years of experience within the similar role
- Travel Standard: 10 %
- HR management, industry international company preferred
- Proven past experience in Hiring of individuals and team
- Fluent in English
- Ability to use MS Office
