This hybrid role will typically consist of a minimum of 3 days at one of our office locations or travel to hospitals and healthcare sites to support our facilities work force that include porters, engineers, catering staff, cleaners and management, and up to 2 days working form a remote location of your choice.**

**As a HR Business Partner, you will support senior stakeholders across key Healthcare contracts. Promoting a positive and diverse business culture, you will provide the best professional support and guidance minimising risk and exposure.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Focus on building a diverse and inclusive culture across the company**
**Evaluating business strategies, and identifying the HR challenges and developing HR plans that support senior leaders and key stakeholders to achieve their strategic objectives.**
**Drive employee engagement through the annual staff engagement survey and pulse surveys. Support the analysis of data to design follow up action plans.**
**Working with Trade Union representatives.**
**Provide professional advice, guidance and support in line with company policies and employment law for complex employee relation cases.**
**Work closely with business leaders to identify talent, develop and support with career progression, engagement, learning and development and drive performance**
**Support senior leaders with succession planning and organisational design. Managing the HR processes associated with restructuring including role re-design and redundancies.**

**You will have a strong generalist HR background and have experience working with senior leaders within both an operational and strategic role previously**
**A great communicator and able to build positive and collaborative relationships at all levels including with Trade Unions and have the ability to influence and drive decision making**
**Have redundancy, TUPE and change management experience**
**People focused with a drive to deliver positive results**
**Demonstrate creative thinking and have an innovative approach to HR projects**
**Data driven and have an analytical approach to problem solving**
**A strong background of advising senior leaders on managing employee**
**relations and have in depth UK employment legislation knowledge**
