**Contract Type:Permanent / Full-time**
**Hours of work:40 hours a week working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday**
**Position Pays:£65,000 OTE**
**The Opportunity**
As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will join a small but highly successful team of people who jointly contribute to the company’s success in offering Contract Hire, Finance, Vehicle Sales and Service functions which has enabled SFL to climb to position29 in the Fleet News Top 50 Contract Hire companies in the UK.
We will be expecting you to help us continue with that growth and take on some challenging targets as you manage existing clients, as well as develop new opportunities.
Your sales skills will be key here to listen to the customer and establish what they really need. Then use your knowledge of the motor industry, finance products and legislation to deliver the solution that meets the brief.
Other Functions include:
Develop Sales Plans and areas of targeted growth with Head of Business
Achieve Growth and Sales Targets.
Achieve Profit Targets.
The role is a “Operational Sales Manager” in addition to managing the Corporate Sales Department the successful applicant would be responsible for account managing existing specific key accounts on a daily basis along with prospecting and developingnew clients.
Visit clients as appropriate nationwide depending on their opportunity which could incorporate overnight stays.
- Maintaining relationships with all vehicle manufacturers.
Ensure all customer details are maintained and managed within IT systems of operation.
Communicate constantly with Head of SFL and other departmental management to ensure the smooth running of the company and the very best customer care.

**Key requirements for the role**:
- Sales Experience (preferably B2B)
- Customer Account Management Experience, including the ability to communicate and present to all levels of clients from Sole Trader to Board Room level.
Management Experience. The ability to Motivate and encourage; to identify and deliver on the training needs of team.
Understanding of Accounts / Finance / An understanding of credit proposals and underwriting.
An up to date understanding of FCA requirements, Government Taxation Policy, Market Trends
Knowledge of, and active engagement in, Social Media channels such as LinkedIn
- Full clean driving licence
- Highly competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office.

The role is a 5-day week with a company car, predominantly business hours with flexibility if required. The role will have an attractive basic salary and a bonus structure which will be discussed at interview. All other Sinclair managerial benefits willapply.
