Retailing to the public and working directly with designers, architects and commercial customers, we will deliver the latest tile fashions from our unique bespoke manufacturing facilities and our exclusive supply partners from around the world.

As part of these exciting expansion and investment plans, we are recruiting for an experienced **Marketing Executive** to help develop and deliver a successful marketing strategy for growth in all areas of our business.

**Role**
- Development & implementation of company marketing objectives, plans & strategy to achieve sales growth.
- Liaising with senior management & sales teams to develop and successfully promote new product ranges via all sales channels.
- Prioritising marketing activities to maximise opportunities.
- Ensuring that the company’s portfolio of products is positioned correctly in the market.
- Continual assessment of market & consumer trends & competitor activities to adjust marketing strategy when & where necessary.
- Manage, mentor & motivate marketing and sales teams.
- Periodically visit customers to assess & analyse each market.
- Attend national and international exhibitions and trade fairs.

**Criteria**
- Commercially creative.
- Strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- Experience of developing and implementing an effective marketing and sales strategy.
- Passion for product development, promotion and sales.
- Knowledge of and ability to exploit all social media channels to create brand and product awareness and maximise sales growth.
