- **JOB DESCRIPTION**_
- Ensure all equipment requested is located and prepared for operational jobs in line with load out requirements as per UKOOA guidelines.
- Ensure assets, job numbers etc. are correctly allocated in line with job requirements.
- Ensure all goods receipt and despatch notes are completed accurately in line with procedures and forwarded at the earliest opportunity.
- Ensure all equipment is stored in designated areas of the yard.
- Ensure all goods movement through the yard is recorded accurately to enable tracking and ensure the control of costs.
- Ensure that all Client owned equipment is identified, checked against the delivery notes & the relevant personnel are informed of its arrival/return.
- Ensure all Company equipment prepared for mobilisation is checked against QSF045 pre-dispatch check list and signed off accordingly.
- Ensure that all status labels are being used correctly.
- Ensure the necessary equipment maintenance is carried out as per the required procedures.
- Liaise with Logistics Controller, Chargehand & Certification Engineer to ensure all operational jobs are adequately prepared in line with Client requirements.
- Ensure that all Company equipment has a clean and tidy appearance in order to give the correct impression to the Client.
- Plan and execute all forklift related activity to ensure that loads are secure and do not interfere with driver’s vision unless a Banksman/Flagman is used.
- All job relevant paperwork & reports to be completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure a high standard of house-keeping is kept at all times.
- In the absence of the Yard Chargehand carry out the daily toolbox talk.

- Relevant experience in yard operations.
- Attain the training and competency level outlined in the Company matrix.
