Whitehall Garden Centre is a family run and award winning business. An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as a Weekend Plant Sales Assistant at our Lacock Garden Centre.

Days of work will be every Saturday and Sunday

Weekend Plant Sales Assistant responsibilities;
Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
Identifying customers plant needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
Maintaining good, up-to-date knowledge of the layout of the centre
Excellent standard of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines
All products are accurately priced and labelled in accordance with Company Policy
Ensure personal compliance with Whitehall’s H&S guideline
Packing of goods is carried out in a professional manner, and carry outs are offered where required
Maintains a harmonious and cooperative relationship with staff, managers and third parties
