Senior Farm Shop Supervisor

Whitehall Garden Centre is a family run and award-winning business.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as a Senior Farm Shop Supervisor.

Working 4 days between Monday to Friday and alternate weekends.

Senior Farm Shop Supervisor responsibilities;
- Sales opportunities are generated through interaction with customers and use of product knowledge
- Maintain a harmonious and cooperative relationship with staff, managers and third parties
- Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
- Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
- Co-operates fully with the Directors
- Feeding back on current and new products to optimise range and stock availability
- Maintains good control over stock levels, including stock clearance in agreement with the Directors
- Ensures that stock is cared for appropriately
- Controls wastage, damage and returns ensuring credit notes are raised where applicable
- Excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping are established and maintained in accordance with company guidelines
- All products are accurately priced and labelled in accordance with Company Policy
- Provide assistance with regular stock take exercises as and when required
- Carry out all reasonable duties as requested
