**The team**

Join the iconic world of Coronation Street as a 3rd Assistant Director, playing a pivotal role in the heart of the action. As a key member of the production team, you will provide essential support to the 1st Assistant Director, ensuring the seamless execution of shoots.

**The role**:
**Skills you’ll need **(minimum criteria)
- Experience working on a drama as a 3rd AD.
- Good technical skills, including the ability to work paperless on an Ipad and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Drive.
- Knowledge of different working hours eg artistes, supporting artistes, children, crew.
- Able to work under pressure within schedule deadlines.
- Flexible approach to working hours
- often dealing with last minute changes
- Be prepared to work unusual and long hours day/nights, often outdoors in all weathers.
- Adherence to filming etiquette and discipline.
- Health and Safety trained to an appropriate level is desired.
- Full clean, manual Driving Licence is desirable (or equivalent arrangements as part of a reasonable adjustment where a disability has been disclosed).

- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating diplomacy, discretion, and maintaining confidentiality.
