We have a fantastic opportunity for a first-class, corporate receptionist to be based in an amazing building in Liverpool’s bustling commercial district.
You will relish the opportunity to take ownership of the reception, leaving a lasting impression for everyone who comes into the building. You will take pride in everything you do to deliver an impeccable front of house service and enjoy building relationships with tenants and the local business community.
**The hours and salary**
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
**Salary**: £26,520
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception responsibilities**
- You will become the face of the building, ensuring everyone receives a warm and professional welcome
- You will take ownership of the reception area, always looking for ways to improve working processes and the service delivered to everyone visiting or working in the building
- You will develop a good understanding of the local area and develop a local amenities information file - becoming the ‘go to expert’ in terms of local knowledge
**Tenant experience and community engagement**
- Support the managing agent to help develop and introduce seasonal events for the tenants, to create a sense of community and aid enjoyment in the workplace - this could include freebies, discounts, pop ups, events to support charity initiatives
- Produce a monthly e-newsletter to update tenants on initiatives to encourage uptake and participation, ensuring content is always on brand
- You will support social media campaigns, uploading content onto the buildings social media accounts and apps
**Building and Services**
- You will engage with tenants/occupiers to build and enhance working relationships
- You will support the Building Manager by ensuring any building issues are reported, monitored and managed to resolution
- You will work with all service partners (contractors, cleaners, security) to ensure consistency of standards and customer friendly behaviour
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- You are personable with a confident manner, radiating positive energy and able to deliver impeccable customer service.
- You enjoy working independently and enjoy problem solving
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft office competent and proven experience in managing social media content
- You have workied in a similar role/commercial property environment; in a front facing customer service role; or experience working in a marketing or sales environment.
