**Receptionist/Property Assistant**

Mann Island Premier Apartments Ltd has been trading since 2010. We are a specialist Lettings Agency who are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist who is passionate about providing market leading customer service at our waterfront location. Mann Island Premier Apartments Ltd offers a bespoke lettings service to the exclusive Mann Island estate with over 200 apartment rentals managed from its luxury on-site office suit. Working closely with our Estate Management team we offer personalised services only possible from a bespoke tailored solution.

**The Role**

We are seeking a Receptionist/Property Assistant with a minimum 2 years experience. This is an office based role and we are looking for someone to join our friendly and highly motivated team at our luxury Mann Island office at the heart of Liverpool’s world famous city centre waterfront.

Working hours are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Free secure underground parking is provided on site.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome customers to the office. Ensure that you make a positive first impression for the business and get the customers’ visit off to a good start.
- Politely and efficiently handle queries raised by customers. If necessary, you should pass on the customers’ request or query to the relevant staff within the business.
- Deal with the telephone calls that are received. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of any actions required.
- Provide customers with information about the Mann Island estate. Promote the company’s services and encourage customers to visit.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly fashion. You should ensure that the reception desk is not left unattended at any time.
- Preparing property details, contracts and other documents
- Liaising with Tenants and monitoring lettings and tenancy renewals
- Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documents
- Point of contact for Tenants reporting repairs and tenancy enquiries
- Updating and keeping tenants informed of the progress of various matters
- General office administration and duties

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experience of working in a receptionist role. This does not necessarily need to have been in the property / rental sector.
- You must have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to speak on the phone in a polite and professional tone. Your writing skills should also be of a high order.
- You should be familiar with computers and IT systems. This is an essential requirement as the receptionist will be required to operate the computerised support systems.
- Strong customer service skills are critical to handling this job successfully. You will constantly be interacting with the company’s customers and should have the capability of handling queries efficiently and patiently.
- A high level of organisational and multitasking skills is required. There may be times when you are under pressure as there is a rush of customers waiting. You should have the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- You should have the ability to work independently. There will be instances, you will be required to handle customer queries and requests on your own. You should have the ability to think on your feet and work without supervision.

Pay: £23,500.00 per year
