Wells, United Kingdom Wells City Practice Full time

We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our friendly practice on a part-time basis for 28-32 hours a week (to include a Friday)

Main responsibilities:

- Carry out recall processes as directed to meet our contractual obligations and ensure a high level of patient care
- Manage requests for medical reports from insurance companies and solicitors
- Deal with patient related activity including both verbal and written communication.
- Health campaigns - ensuring we participate in the correct amount of Public Health Campaigns by keep notice boards and social media updated.
- Providing any other support to the PM team as required.

Ability to commute:

- Wells (required)

Healthcare experience would be desirable. Applications will be considered as they are received, and interviews arranged accordingly.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 32 per week
