**Internal Communications Manager - £47,000 - £52,500 plus fantastic benefits based in Staines upon Thames, Surrey**
This global organisation requires an experienced Internal Communications Manager to define and deliver effective and consistent communications across the company. This role will work closely with business leaders from all departments to create, drive and maintaincompelling UK internal communications programmes which are aligned to existing strategies and corporate standards, branding and processes.
Duties/attributes:
- Work closely with senior leaders in the business to help drive effective communications to colleagues.
- Create communications that enable colleagues to feel connected to business objectives and understand their role in achieving these, giving a sense of value to the work they do.
- Support the business in delivering its goals and objectives through informing, inspiring and engaging colleagues via a blend of communication approaches and core channels.
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive internal communications strategy, working with corporate communications, HR and senior leadership teams as necessary
- Ensure that communications are planned, messaged and delivered in an engaging way
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of communications
- Manage all internal communications channels, introducing new channels as needed
- Support key business events and leadership updates providing consultative and practical support for webinars / events / communications / social media
- Support and advise managers and leaders with expert internal communications guidance, enabling them to be effective communicators
- Monitor and engage as required on business projects and initiatives providing effective communications support
- Provide support to colleagues with communications advice and strategies to deliver informed and insightful messages to the business.
- Deliver against objectives, deadlines and within agreed budgets
- Collaborate with the External Communications Manager and cover their role when required including during holiday and sickness
- Demonstrated experience in managing large scale or complex communication initiatives
- Experience using internal communications software
- Experience with wide range of digital communications channels
