**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Provide primary administrative support to the TB Nurse Service and secondarily to the Combined Infectious Disease/Respiratory TB Service and all patients under their care in order to ensure effective day-to-day running of the service. This includes diaryadministration, correspondence support, maintaining up-to-date and accurate filing systems (paper and/or electronic) and other administrative duties as required.
- In doing so, take responsibility for managing existing administrative systems and develop and implement new administrative systems as required.
- Ensure all relevant patient information, including the referral, diagnostic results, and other relevant correspondence, is available in a timely manner and filed in the patient's medical records/scanned to EPR, liaising with other departments and healthcareorganisations as required. Acknowledge the sensitive and complex nature of this information and uphold the highest standard of confidentiality at all times.

- Previous administrative experience
