We’re looking for a Head of CRM to join our talented marketing team in Swindon on a maternity cover contract for 12 months. We can offer hybrid working with 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Thursday) and 3 days from home.

The Head of CRM is responsible for the development, execution, and continuous refinement of the multichannel customer marketing contact strategy. The primary focus of the role is to ensure relevant and timely marketing communications to connect to our customers at the right time, in the right way with the right message.

You will develop, coordinate and engage with key stakeholders in the business to drive the repeat purchase strategy and database growth goals. Proactively seek out and direct competitive insight of the market utilising the single customer view as well as working with our agencies.

We need you to lead, manage, and develop the team and work collectively and collaboratively across all areas of the business in pursuit of joint organisational goals. With a customer first mindset, you will consider all communications and experiences from a customer’s perspective, ensuring all outputs are engaging as well continuously adding value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Repeat Purchase Project, including creating database growth initiatives and CRM enhancements which nurture loyalty and retention.
Design, develop and implement a business wide database growth strategy which is both engaging and GDPR compliant.
Own and manage the customer data segmentation and customer profiling to ensure maximum effectiveness with campaign activity
Create and maintain weekly/monthly reporting on CRM activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
Develop innovative multichannel campaigns using our customer database for the full OFL product and finance portfolio, which are aligned to national advertising and digital marketing.
Lead, develop and deliver all marketing campaign lifecycles; insight-led data, campaign planning, robust testing plans and results analysis.
Lead, manage, and develop a team of CRM professionals in the delivery of effective and efficient marketing campaigns.
Deliver measurable projects and campaigns on time, within budget and to a consistently high quality.

Skills and Experience

Skilled at being able to translate strategy into action with a proven track record of leading and implementing significant CRM strategies.
A wealth of CRM experience, including experience of managing multichannel campaigns.
An experienced team leader of all CRM areas, including data, insight, communications and journey design.
Demonstrable experience of leading and managing high performing teams that have successfully delivered against core KPI’s and the strategic goals of an organisation.
Ability to translate complex reporting into clear and concise result summaries which will guide the team and business forward.
Experienced in working at a senior level with an ability to influence and build positive relationships and partnerships both internally and externally (agency/suppliers).
Be data driven. You enjoy analysing results and sharing your insights and new opportunities to grow revenue for the business
Proven programme and project management skills and experience at delivering marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
