As Engineering Change Control Lead you will lead the change control process and governance.

**As part of your key responsibilities you'll**:
Run the weekly CCB (Change Control Board) where all changes are captured and logged within a system
Focus on the impact of change, minimising the negative effects and maximising the benefits of process change
Ensure all changes are aligned to the RACI and that individual stakeholders are made aware of the changes they are to support
Ensure owners are assigned to changes and at specific stages in the workflow depending on the nature of the change
Identify and manage the onboarding of a change control system based on either existing internal resources or that of a third party tool
Keep auditable records as changes are introduced as per the requirements and confirm implementation has taken place

**About You**

PC-literate across the standard packages particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google equivalents
Ability to work to targets and timescales
Eye for detail
Organised and Detail Oriented
Strong inter-personal skills and excellent record in engaging and managing personnel at all levels within a technical business
Resourceful with their time management and self-motivated to get through their tasks
