**WHAT TO EXPECT**

The Engineering Delivery Platform transformation programme aims to completely transform the way in which JLR operates to deliver our core activity of Product Creation from Idea to End of Life. We have a clear vision to deliver a unified end to end process and toolset with connected, traceable data throughout all functions. By enabling employees with the provision of always live data and dashboards we will allow full focus on true value creation.

To enable JLR to meet our ambitious Engineering Delivery Platform (EDP) plans, a Process Deployment Team has being established as part of the development of a class leading, high performing and best practice Transformation Organisation.

The Process Deployment Team (PDT) is the crucial bridge between technical EDP delivery and companywide adoption, acting as the mechanism to maximise the value and benefit of the Engineering Delivery Platform programme within the business. The team combines process, business change and training expertise to deliver a high-quality end user deployment experience.

The trainer within the Process Deployment Team is responsible for the development and support of training for the Engineering tools (e.g. Systems Engineering - TRM, MSOSA) used across Jaguar Land Rover.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- New digital engineering capability delivered (software, business process, end user training material).
- Response time to operational issues.
- Quality of the product e.g. number of Bugs, customer satisfaction metrics.
- Predictability, measuring how well we meet our commitments to delivering value.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- To deliver training to business users efficiently and coherently
- To develop training material where applicable
- To hold Webinars and drop in sessions to assist the users
- To provide end user support
- To write FAQs and update the training website with relevant information

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Relevant previous experience in Requirements Management processes and practices
- Relevant previous experience in Process Development & Improvement
- Experience of collaboration and cross functional team working
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- To set high standards for written materials and diligently follows them personally and holds others to account to achieve
- Support business initiatives utilizing Agile practices
- To critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- To liaise between the business, technology teams and support teams
- A relevant degree or equivalent working experience preferred
