**What to expect**

The position will be for product owner within Assisted and Automated Driving department with demonstrable agile delivery experience to lead and deliver Signal Manager Subsystem that is responsible for requirements, architecture, design and delivery of signal and service based communication for ADAS ECU.

You will be part of a strong and competent team with a complex and demanding stakeholders & supplier engagement and your primary responsibilities will be to lead, develop, present and get agreement on the proposals for the product development and delivery of your product in an agile way.

**What you'll need**

You will be responsible for the product scope decomposition and delivery on time with clear vision and direction to the Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout the product development life cycle. You will be expected to collaborate with other Product Group Leaders, Product Leaders in managing and refining product backlog to drive value in accordance with business priorities. You will maintain a product roadmap for short, medium and long term continuously evaluating with stakeholders and adjusting in accordance with agile methodologies as well as providing Technical leadership and Product delivery of the Signal Management Subsystem. You will have strong experience on communication protocols for signal based and service-based communication.

**Knowledge, skills & experience**

**Essential**
- Experience with software development or technical lead experience
- Demonstrable delivery of software using agile engineering methods and processes such as (Scrum, Kanban or SAFE)
- Previous experience working within a technical environment and delivery of Autosar and POSIX platform.
