**Pensions & Investments Administrator**

**Salary: £29k + Great company benefits**

**Location: Horsham (Office based)**

**Hours: Full Time - Mon-Friday 9am - 17.00pm**

Do you want to work for a highly reputable and professional organisation that offers further study, great training, and career progression within a friendly and supportive team? If so, I have an excellent opportunity that has arisen within their pension and investment team based in their offices in Horsham.

You will already have a good knowledge within financial services especially with investments, personal pensions, GPP or occupational pensions and ideally be FA1 qualified.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure adherence to the policy and procedures of the organisation.
- Chase providers on the progress of business in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all clients details are entered onto the back-office system.
- Submit pension and investments to providers online via providers websites or by post.
- Issue documentation to clients inclusive of post sales letters and plan schedules.
- Produce ongoing service reports for adviser’s client meetings.
- Update clients progress on workflows.
- Chase client authorities with insurance companies.
- Proven background within financial services as an administrator
- Knowledge of pensions and investments and ideally FA1 qualified.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Good IT skills.
- Willing to take further exams FA2, CF1, RO1.
