Senior Mental Health Practitioner - Devon County Council. The base for this role is Crediton Hospital in Exeter EX17 3NH. This role is offered initially for 3 months but has the potential to extend. The manager is happy to consider condensed hours andalso remote working for 1 to 2 days. About the role/team: This role entails working as a Care Coordinator for clients who have a mental health disorder. Assessing risk and need of people who have mental health diagnosis that can be complex in nature. Liaisingwith other professionals, working as part of an MDT. Experience Required: 2 years post qualifying experience. Experience of working with clients with a more complex mental health presentation. Essential Requirements: Eligible to work in the UK. Hold a fullUK licence (essential) - Devon is a mostly rural county, and as their localities cover a large area accordingly you would be expected to travel some distance between visits.
