About the Job

We are looking for a Mental Health Service Manager to lead our therapy program at Phoenix Learning & Care Group. As a senior professional, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, leading training sessions, and providing supervision to enhance team capabilities.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to the development and evolution of our services while empowering others to deliver exceptional care. The ideal candidate will have a recognised post-graduate qualification in Clinical/Counselling Psychology, HCPC Registration, and at least 4 years of post-qualification experience as a Psychologist, with experience in supervising or managing a team.

This role requires excellent leadership skills, good IT skills, and a full driving licence. The salary for this position is £52,500 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
