Our IAPT TALKWORKS service is expanding and we’re seeking enthusiastic and passionate Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join our teams across Devon.
Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, we want to hear from you.
If newly qualified, you’ll be enrolled on to our well-established and highly-praised Preceptorship Programme to help ease you into your qualified role in a supportive way.
You’ll be driven by wanting to improve the psychological health and wellbeing of people across Devon. Working within an IAPT service, you’ll be providing low interventions and draw from a range of cognitive behavioural therapy based self-management interventions, for people with mild to moderate common mental health difficulties. We pride ourselves in offering services which maintain fidelity to NICE guidance and the IAPT manual.

Depending on your experience, you may be involved in the delivery of supervision to other team members. You will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages and will be committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.
TALKWORKS covers the whole of Devon (except Plymouth) and we have teams based across the geographical areas of Exeter, East Devon, Torbay, North Devon and South and West Devon. You will have the opportunity at interview to discuss your team preference.
