**Showroom Sales Manager - Bathroom / Kitchen**

**Location**: Erdington, Birmingham
**Salary**: £27,000 - £30,000, DOE
**Contract**: Full Time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Showroom Sales Manager** to join a well-established company based in Birmingham.

The **Showroom Sales Manager** drive sales through the retail store and assist in the design and implementation of marketing materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results
- Deliver a great experience for all customers leading your team in the Store Manager role
- Continue to develop personal sales techniques and assist in the development of associates’ sales techniques to maximize sales
- Deliver high standards of visual merchandising
- Ensure the sales floor is neat, clean, organized and always reflects the correct visual image
- Commercially drive sales in a customer focused sales environment
- You will be able to motivate, coach and develop the team

**Showroom Sales Manager - What we need from you**:

- Previous sales management/retail management experience in Bathroom / Kitchen Industry
- Previous experience within a customer facing role within a Construction/Kitchens/Bathrooms setting would be a distinct advantage
- Enjoy working in a team with the ability to develop strong relationships both with customers the team
- You will be passionate about selling
- Committed to delivering a great experience for all customers
