What's in it for me?

People Solutions are seeking 2 Inbound Sales Advisors to join their team based at The Fort Dunlop in Erdington. The focus will be to deliver a high-quality, telephone-based sales through service experience to customers (no cold calling - all inbound calls)

You will provide first line contact support to new customers therefore an excellent telephone manner is essential.

The role is 38 hours per week, with work on a rotational shift basis, with shifts between 8.00am-8.00pm Monday
- Saturday on a rotational basis. Occasional Sundays and Bank Holidays may also be required.

Day to Day Duties

To effectively process, manage and convert enquiries allocated in line with business requirements.
To answer calls effectively and provide a professional service to customers
Accurately logging calls and updating the systems

Essential Skills

Excellent telephone manner and previous experience of working in an office environment or previous sales/kpi experience gained in retail
