About Our Client:
Our client is a leading company in supplier of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul, providing innovative products and services. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, they have built a reputation for excellence in their industry. They are now seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join their team as an Internal Sales Admin.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, managing client database, and maintaining sales reports
Support the sales team in coordinating sales activities, including client communication and follow-ups
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and timely delivery of products/services
Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed
Manage product/service pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively
Provide outstanding customer service to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Generating and following up on customer quotations
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Keeping track of back orders ensuring the order book is delivered on time and in full.
Supporting the operational team with converting spare parts, consolidating customer supply chain.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
KACE /KERRIDGE system
Previous experience in sales administration or similar role
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management toolsDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience in customer service or account management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
