**Introduction**
Are you an ambitious individual who is seeking a opportunity to develop your career within a fast paced Finance function?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone with previous payroll experience or indeed someone with previous customer service experience who is keen to develop a career within Finance.
**Key Tasks**
- Liaising with colleagues across a group network to improve processes and deadline adherence
- Handling direct enquires from contractors and clients always ensuring high customer service standards adhered to
- Reconciling payroll reports using excel and within the payroll software
- Weekly reporting of payment and invoice runs when complete
- Maintaining a high standard of financial administration and record keeping using Microsoft Excel
- Adhoc support to the payroll team
**Key skills required for role**
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel with a desire to assist in the development of new processes
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain confidential information is essential
- A working knowledge of windows based financial packages and good IT skills are vital for this position
- Extensive problem solving skills are a must
- Experience in processing weekly payrolls is desired however full training will be provided
