Accounts Admin and P/a to Md

**Extensive diary management for the MD (manage the manager)**:
- Arrange internal/external meetings as required.
- Set agendas, minute take (as required), follow up on action logs
- Ensure all action points assigned to MD are completed and/or delegated as necessary
- Mailbox management for the MD
**Financial**:
- Liase with accounts manager on any payments, invoices and financial information.
- Submit paperwork to Xero
- Manage Payroll for the group submitting hours and ensure all submitted in time for payment runs.
- Organise and file relevent paperwork and action any letters that require actioning.
**General**:
- Carry out solictors paperwork for assett purchase and sale
- Assist with any family matters with MD
- Work with MD on any personal property portfolio matters
- Arrange events and co ordinate networking arrangements
- Carry out gerneral operational tasks for businesses within the group I.E ordering products and stocks as and when staff require them.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- 3+ years' experience as a PA.
- A high standard of written English is essential.
- Intermediate standard of spreadsheet software experience required.
- Excellent HR skills
- Office management
- Good attention to detail
- Be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Time and Diary Management
- Problem solving and multi-tasking
- Reporting and scheduling
- Minute-taking
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
