**HOW does the Apprenticeship work?**
- **1-2-1** meeting once a month with your Tutor (2-3 hours) via T**eams **(you’ll learn part of 1 module)
- You **will not** attend college for one day a week
- 6 hours of your working week will be spent on apprenticeship work, this includes:

- (assignments, independent study, training & development activities)
- These hours will be agreed with your manager, either split across the throughout the week, or on a set day
- After 6 months, you’ll start preparing for your End Point Assessment (EPA) doing mocks of:

- multiple choice tests, presentations of your work and Q&A’s

Our company was founded by a Medical Doctor who ran a full-time aesthetics clinic and a pharmacist with 30 years of experience in running an independent chain of community pharmacies.

We have grown into one of the foremost suppliers of pharmaceutical products to medical professionals within the UK, along with providing NHS services to residential care and nursing homes, and patient lead healthcare services for both NHS and private customers. At present, we operate from our headquarters in Loughborough and a branch in Central London.

**DAY to DAY, you will.**

**Reception**
- Follow the clinic admin checklists to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure all areas are safe and clean.
- Update the clinic TV adverts and promotional materials,

**Customer Services**
- Foster positive relationships with customers through engaging and welcoming interactions.
- Enhance the customer experience by suggesting additional products and services.
- Collect essential patient details and gather valuable customer reviews.

**Correspondence**

**Customer Payments**
- Create invoices for customers.
- Manage customer payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness during processing.
- Record and account for all cash or digital transactions within the system(s).

**Calendar Management**
- Maintain an organised schedule of patient bookings.
- Amend and schedule patient appointments as needed.
- Communicate appointments to the Clinical Services Manager and Pharmacist

**Data Entry**
- Update and maintain records and databases efficiently.
- Organise both digital and physical files for easy accessibility.

**Stock Management**
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, PPE, consent forms,
- Monitor and ensure correct medicines and quantities are in stock for patient appointments.

**General**
- Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as requested.
