APT care are looking for new carers to join the PETERBOROUGH care team

As a Domiciliary care provider, we support elderly people within their own homes in the postcode areas listed above.
- **Permanent weekly rotas with set client lists**:

- **Option to work AM or PM shifts; 6am-2.30pm or 2.30pm-10.30pm.**:

We are looking for carers that are reliable and able to commit to their weekly rota, or which includes Morning and Lunch (6AM to 2.30PM) Tea and PM availability (3pm-10pm) with a fixed day off each week. All staff are required to commit to every other weekend or one day every weekend.

Due to the nature of the job being based in the community, with house to house visits following a rota doing so, the applicant must be a driver with use of their own vehicle.

APT Care are looking for new full time carers to join our Peterborough community team; supporting elderly clients with their everyday care needs within their own homes.
- **This job role consists of: Assisting vulnerable people (Male and Female) in their own homes with personal care tasks such as: bathing, dressing, toileting and medication support.**:

- **Undertaking household tasks such as domestic assistance, meal preparation, laundry, shopping.**:

- **Supporting with wellbeing, providing companionship and monitoring any deterioration of physical or mental health**:

- **Manual handling x2 carers**:

- **Single rounds x1 carer**:

- **Elderly, Learning disabilities, physical disabilities and end of life care**
