Warehouse Section Team Leader

Wincanton are looking to recruit several Warehouse Section Team Leaders to join us on our B&Q Home Delivery contract in Branston.

Shifts are 5 from 7 - hours are 06:00 - 14:30 / 14:00 - 22:30 / and 22.00 - 06.30.

**How will you contribute?**
- Ensure that safe working practices are adopted and observed at all times.
- Guide and optimise the warehouse functions in order to achieve the required standards of cost, efficiency, quality and productivity in all areas. Ensuring the best possible service levels are achieved for our customers.
- A responsible manager who will support the team of operational colleagues covering various shift patterns
- Ensure the site works within legislative and Wincanton requirements, taking account of health & safety, implementing a culture where it is paramount at all times
- Manage absence, conduct and performance in line with the company and site policies and procedures
- Forward thinking able to identify and implement new initiatives that enhance the operation and that add value
- Customer focussed, responsible for the achievement of Key Performance Indicators and delivering a high level on time, on cost, and in line with customer service expectations
- Recruitment and induction of new colleagues providing a welcoming environment
