Pay Rate: £29,108 plus Shift Premium of £1,672
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Rotating shift Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
Location: Burton-On-Trent - DE14 2WT

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / FLM to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**
- Day to day management of a team of 8 warehouse operatives and FLT drivers
- Utilisation of the WMS - Warehouse Management System
- Reporting to the the Warehouse Shift Manager and stepping up in their absence

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Previous management experience in a warehousing role is essential
- Knowledge of a WMS Warehouse management System - SAP
- Have previous MHE experience - ideally FLT Counterbalance and Reach
- Ideally have OMS experience
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports.
- Live locally to Burton on Trent

A recognised qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be well received.
